We want all our guests to have an enjoyable experience. Please follow these rules and observe all signs, notices and warnings. We reserve the right to terminate stays without refund when necessary.

  • Check-in time is 2:00PM. Check-out time is 12:00PM. All guests must check in the office.

  • All reservations must be paid for guarantee, no refunds are issued.

  • MAXIMUM 2 ADULTS 2 CHILDREN (6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, INCLUDING VISITORS) PER SITE. Park use is for registered guests only. Specific sites or the placement of groups together are not guaranteed.

  • Please do not park on the gravel road. NO PARKING ON VACANT SITES.

  • NO RUGS, mats, fire pits, grills, satellite dishes, etc off of your reserved site. Nothing in/on trees please.

  • You will be held responsible for damage to our internet, television, electrical, water and sewer infrastructure. To avoid damage – no tents, stakes, rods, or placing of ANY object into the ground without approval.

  • Laundry room and club house are available for our guests only free of charge! No overly soiled clothing or items with oil in the machines.

  • Keep trash/waste contained and dispose of it properly. Threaded wastewater connections are required – NO HOSES IN SEWER PIPES! Please recap after unhooking.

  • Quiet hours are 9:00PM to 8:00AM.

  • Use of personal listening devices – music, TVs, and loud noise are not allowed to disturb others.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • NO SMOKING inside Laundry Room Building. Please do not throw butts on the ground.

  • MAXIMUM 2 PETS PER SITE. Aggressive pets are not allowed. Keep pets on leashes, supervised, and under control. Please do not allow excessive barking/noise.

  • YOU MUST PICK UP PET WASTE IMMEDIATELY.

  • Do not attach leashes/chains/ropes to trees, landscaping, or our structures, pedestals or faucets.

  • Please keep fires in approved containers and under control. No open fires. Douse coals with water before disposal.

  • Fireworks are prohibited. No discharging of firearms or other weapons.

  • No auto or RV washing, except by mobile wash service. Operation of generators is prohibited NO REPAIRS INVOLVING FUEL, OIL, ETC ARE ALLOWED. No remodeling is allowed.

  • Please do not harm wildlife of any kind. If you need assistance, contact our staff. Do not feed wildlife/strays or leave food outside.

  • Entering Creekside RV park constitutes your consent for us to use pictures or videos that include your likeness for advertising & promotion without payment, inspection, or review. Video surveillance cameras are in use.

  • Upon entering Creekside RV park, you and your visitors agree to do so at your own risk and to hold the ownership and staff of the park harmless from any and all claims of loss or injury for any reason and by any cause whatsoever.

  • We reserve the right to charge a clean-up service fee if site is not left in good condition.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or enforce the removal of any guest for any reason and has the right to charge a clean up service fee if sight not left in good condition.
